Privacy Policy
TroubleDiary has no sign-up, login, comments or contact form, so there is nothing that asks for your name or contact details. We do process visit records with Google Analytics to learn which notes are read.
Who this policy covers
This policy applies only to TroubleDiary (https://troublediary.com), run by KW Cosmetic (KW Cosmetic Content Team), and follows the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea. The official store of the company's cosmetics brand SKIN9HARI (skin9hari.co.kr) is covered by its own policy.
Records processed automatically
We never collect details that identify you directly, such as your name, email address or phone number. Opening a page only triggers the records below.

These records are not used for advertising or to identify anyone. Google signals (data linked to Google accounts) and personalized advertising features are switched off.
Switching off cookies
Google Analytics leaves a cookie in your browser to tell first visits from return visits. If you would rather it did not:
- Turn off or clear cookies in your browser settings.
- Add Google's official Analytics opt-out add-on to your browser: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
Every note and tool works the same with cookies switched off.
Service providers and storage abroad
Two companies process these records for us, and the data may be stored on their servers in the United States and elsewhere.

Delivery through Cloudflare is required to show you the pages and cannot be switched off. The transfer to Google Analytics can be refused as described above, with no effect on how you use the site.
How long records are kept
- Google Analytics event data: deleted automatically after 14 months
- Cloudflare access logs: kept only for the period set in Cloudflare's policy
- Personal information we keep ourselves: none
Sharing with third parties
We do not provide these records to third parties.

How records are protected
- Every page is delivered only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
- Visit statistics are open only to staff who have been given access to our Google Analytics account.
What you can ask of us
You may ask at any time to see, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop its processing. Write to us below and we will answer promptly. Since we hold no names or contact details, deleting the cookies yourself, as described above, is the fastest way to remove cookie-based records.
